DIDSTUDIOS accepts refund or exchange with the following conditions:
Products must be returned in new condition (no dirty, damaged, no strange smell), unworn (no perfume, or other signs of wear). Include labels, price stamps, cards (if any)
If the order includes a gift, the gift must be returned upon return. If the gift is not returned, we requests permission to charge a fee and deduct it from your refund.
We confirmed accept return / exchange for products to be defective (color, size, damage) at the time of delivery.
Customers can change color and size for products of the same type and products with equal or higher value than purchased products. Each product can only be exchanged once.
Do NOT accept exchange / return for defective or damaged products due to the customer's failure to maintain the user manual.
Do NOT accept exchange / payment for discounted products or included in the promotion.
Due to health and hygiene reasons items from the following categories will not be accepted by DIDSTUDIOS:
Sale, sample & seconds/outlet items. Please select your items carefully to avoid disappointment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES TIMES
Accept to exchange / return goods within 24 hours from the date of purchase / receipt for invoices purchased ship within Ho Chi Minh city.
Accept exchange / return goods with request to be confirmed within 24 hours of receipt for orders suburban Ho Chi Minh city.
